Comparison of differences between agro-waste sand mold additives effects on the hardness and microstructural views of recycled aluminum alloy cooling in various coolants

چکیده
This paper described some mechanical properties of aluminum alloy using agro-waste materials such as sawdust, groundnut shell, and eggshell. The sand-casting method was adopted to produce the with 5, 15, 25, 35% wt. additives. microstructure various samples produced after quenched in water, palm oil, engine oil examined while hardness were determined. result obtained shows that values increased an increase addition sand mold Agro-waste ashes. Samples cast eggshell ash additive water coolant had highest value 82.4 at 25% when compared sawdust shell enhances specimens thus, can be used many engineering applications blocks wheels automotive parts aerospace components.
